Refund policy

To request for a return, please contact us at whitemooncrystals808@gmail.com. All return requests must be approved prior to items being shipped back. Any items that are sent back prior to approval by WMC staff will be rejected with no refund. Please note that the return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility and further instructions will be sent after return request is approved.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us at whitemooncrystals808@gmail.com to discuss exchanging your item. 


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received, inspected your return, and let you know if a refund will be issued. If your refund is approved, refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that banks and other merchants may take sometime to post refunds, WMC is not responsible for the time it takes once we issue the refund. 

If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return but you have not been notified of a refund on its way, please contact us at whitemooncrystals808@gmail.com.
